“After careful research/analysis, I chose Allstate Roofing to replace the underlayment on our new (to us) 25-year old house with a cement tile roof. From the detailed original contract (with several options, such as single or dual layer underlayment), through the installation process, things went extremely smoothly, and without a hitch. The crew was terrific, and the on-site “manager,” Nelson, was readily available to discuss small issues that came up during the re-roofing (such as some stucco cracks in a wall facing a flat portion of the roof that I could not see, but they patched without any further charge). Every day, everything was cleaned up, and while the entire job took slightly more than six days (from the anticipated five), there were no complaints and everything went smoothly. Even the “matching” of the inevitable new cement tiles with the original ones was done with care and precision—and advanced consultation with me. I pay a lot of attention to detail, and Allstate Roofing did also. The price was fair (particularly considering the guarantee), and, on completion, everything looks great.“

“Amazing experience working with Ryan and his crew. They could teach a master class in customer experience. I was in a bind and will spare everyone the details but it had to do with meeting a tight escrow closing deadline made even tighter by another company never showing up to do the repair when scheduled. After speaking with Ryan, who could not have been more honest and transparent about my situation (refreshing!), I was 100% certain they were the team I needed for both a roofing and HVAC repair. Ryan ended up moving heaven and earth to get me scheduled, stayed in communication, which is unheard of in my experience when working on anything construction related, and did exactly what he said when he said he would do for the estimated price. No scratch that, he found a way to shave money off the project for me. You likely do not believe any of this because it sounds too good to be true but I can tell you, it is true. If you want to have complete confidence in your project, these are the people to call. I purposely use the word people over company because they were incredibly human and made my problem their problem to which they had all the solutions. I cannot thank Ryan and his team enough, incredible grateful!“
