I just recently started using Urban Desert Pest Control for quarterly, preventative service and I’m so happy with my decision.A rat infestation was discovered in my neighborhood, so I called Urban Desert to make sure my home was protected and unaffected. While surveying my home, a live yellow jacket nest, in a bathroom vent fan, was discovered. I freaked out and Urban Desert Pest Control took care of everything, and also took the time to explain the next recommended course of action. Very happy with Urban Pest Control. Used them at my previous home that backed up to a wash (never saw anything but one dead scorpion) and now in a new development and after the first service in our new home, we haven’t seen any spiders (we had MANY!)Tony was awesome - Personable and funny! He was extremely thorough and took care of our unwanted friends that were visibly taking residence.No longer paranoid in my own home, thanks Tony! See you next time!

Alex was thorough and helpful in making sure the bugs are dead. He was super nice, professional, and did a very thorough bug treatment. We have used Urban Desert for 8 years and they have always been really good. Alex did a very thorough job because it is scorpion season and he did an inside treatment as well.
