What impressed me most is taht he was completely accomodating when I explained that, due to allergies, I hve to use specific product that most salons refuse to work with. Instead of resiting, he was professional and supportive, which made me feel comfortable and cared for.
On top of that, his haircuts are extremely flattering and he has a great eye for detail.
