That said, I was disappointed to see a 4% surcharge added to credit and debit card transactions. Seeing the fee applied to debit cards as well didn’t sit well with me. I’ll still continue coming back because I value the business, but this policy was frustrating and worth mentioning as it even applied to debit cards.“

“I used Norterra Cleaners on Pinnacle Rd for the first time two weeks ago. They did a great job. Communications via text when my order was ready for pick-up, the shirts were starched very nicely, dry cleaning was good, pants creases were perfect!

So, I decided to go back yesterday. After I dropped off my laundry, the very pleasant young lady said, “Oh, we have an envelope for you”. I thought it might be a discount coupon or something for a next order. But to my very pleasant surprise, there were two $5 bills in the envelope that I must have left in my pant pocket!

Wow! Not only did they do a great job with my clothes, but demonstrated integrity and honesty!

I’ll certainly continue to take my laundry there.
