One of the top deep tissue massages I have had nationwide, i had Gretchal whom worked miracles in my neck and hips, I did an hour of deep tissue and today is the first day in months I can turn my neck and not hear grains of sand crunching in my head. I suffered a stress fracture in the hip region 2 years back and she stretched it and was attentative to how my body reacted as I was tight. I drive commercial trucks for a living and the road beats you up...I feel great today from Gretchal's hard and knowledgeable work. Thank you Michelle's massage and spa!

I had a deep tissue with Heike and she was WONDERFUL….best message ever! I have a high stress job and 2 young kids, so my neck/shoulder tension is constant. It has been a very long time that I have felt as relaxed as I felt after my appointment. She has great communication, easy to talk to, and kind. I’m looking forward to my future appointments with her!
