“They were very thorough with the detail service ordered. I have quite a few scuffs and scratches that I was hoping they could buff out. Tech told me they don’t do that and it would require an additional service. Asked him to buff it out while applying the wax…he said the wax they use is just a spray on and they don’t buff it out. Overall I have a nice clean car but was really hoping to get some of the imperfections addressed while paying so much for a detail.“

I had been in talks of getting my cars tinted at Magna for a couple of months and everyone I talked to from the Magna team was super patient and understanding. The owner, Moses, was friendly and quick to reply to my initial inquiry. Trevon was my main point of contact afterwards and he did a phenomenal job, always making sure my questions were answered and doing so in a timely manner. He did an excellent job of making me feel like a VIP. I also want to recognize Armando. Very nice guy who got me checked in and even showed me a couple examples of finished tint jobs. Made sure I felt comfortable leaving my vehicles and showed me around the shop. This really gave me a sense for the product and service I was paying for and I appreciate that he took the time to show me around considering he had a busy schedule. It's the little details like this that really increase the experience from the customer's perspective.

In short, 5/5, 10/10, however you want to rate it, it was amazing. Excellent experience through and through. I will definitely be getting all of my vehicles now and in the future serviced here! For the quality and price, I am yet to find another great shop like this. Most definitely would recommend.“
