They appreciate the quick and efficient service, with one customer stating it was "one of the easiest purchases" they've ever made. Ruben, in particular, has been praised for his assistance in helping customers find the perfect flooring and providing unbeatable deals.
Rueben was great to work with. I asked a lot of questions and asked for a number of variations of quotes for different floors, and it wasn't a very big job, and he was very responsive. Quick to text which is hard to get in the contractor world. During install a couple hiccups came up and they went through the extra effort to make it work without costing any more. I will definitely be working with them again for future flooring jobs.
I’ve been thoroughly impressed with TNT Flooring. Their extensive selection and exceptional customer service are truly commendable. Working directly with Reuben from the outset to the successful completion of our design choices made an otherwise challenging experience incredibly easy and enjoyable.
I highly recommend TNT Flooring and will return for other projects!
We called to have carpet installed with only a two day window. Ruben came to the house on Monday with samples and quotes. He set us up and we had the carpet installed on Wednesday. It looks wonderful, Francisco worked hard and we appreciate the professional job he did. My wife and I would recommend TNT Flooring to our family and friends.
