They come twice a month for gardening services. Anything 'extra' is handled immediately. Tim helped replied promptly and came out to get measurements for a quote, and he made a few good recommendations based on where our yard faces the sun. Dave Aitchison provided a very reasonable quote to remove my old wooden pergola and replace it with a new aluminum one, redo my backyard sprinkler system, remove the old lawn, and install new sod suited to my needs. “Wow, great find! I’m just a homeowner wanting to fill in a few gaps in my yard so I didn’t need tons, but they were so helpful and gave me a great deal on buying some big rocks! The owner was so nice and the guy working in the yard loaded the rocks in my car . Sorry I didn’t take a picture, but they have an amazing selection to choose from. Way cheaper than going to a garden store or nursery! Glad I found them online. Highly recommended!“

“Elias and (Calo? Lalo?, couldn't read the handwriting) were very prompt and professional and did a great job putting in the shrubs and freshening the rocks in the yard. The company is prompt in scheduling after you are initially set up as a customer, but there was a lot of back and forth to get that done.

I'm not sure if the initial yard clean-up price is warranted as I don't see what they are doing in this initial clean-up that they wouldn't just do as part of regular maintenance, but that is not a reflection of Elias's work.“

From the initial consult w/Zee (who was very courteous and informative) to the build (Jesus and his assistant.) The island turned out EXACTLY how we wanted it. Greenscapes is the landscaping provider for my apartment complex, and it just so happened that as they were out doing work the prior week while I was driving through the complex, a rock hit one of my car’s windows and completely shattered it. I found it to be very easy to get in contact with people in the company, and they made it a very straightforward process in that they were completely willing to cover the repair cost and re-tinting of my window.
