My son had Allan as a driving instructor from Deer Valley Driving School. He did a great job teaching my son to drive. 60 mins after passing his test, my son and I were on our way to the store and almost involved in a head on collision (not his fault). My son reacted before I could and avoided a bad crash. He did everything correctly. The other driving was not following the cones that were set up properly. I want to thank Allan for teaching my son.
When I got our visa bill, I noticed that we were billed twice. I knew when I signup I had an issue, however, when I contacted Austen the next day, he was very understanding of the issue and issued a credit to my card while I was on the phone.
I have to say that Allan and Austen's customer service was above my expectations and would recommend Deer Valley Driving School.
