I am currently recovering from spine surgery, and Barb at Tri Physical Therapy has been incredible. With nerve damage, the frustrating part is not that I can’t do things, it’s that my body doesn’t respond the way my mind knows it should. Every time I get discouraged, Barb tells me it’s OK and that I will get there, and every time she is right. Her explanations are thorough and relatable. I ask a lot of questions and she breaks down nerve functions and muscles behind something as simple as balance. I always understand what I am working toward. Highly recommend Barb and the whole team at Tri Physical Therapy.
I'm so happy I found Tri Physical Therapy! I injured my back and I've been for both physical therapy and medical massage, it's been a huge help. I've decided to continue the treatments so I can get stronger and limit future issues - can't recommend enough!
After a motor vehicle accident, I was devastated that I couldn’t attend my reformer Pilates classes. During a late night search, I came across Tri PT, specifically because they offered Pilates-based physical therapy something I didn’t even know existed, but it was exactly what I needed.
I had the pleasure of working with Gillian, and she was an absolute JOY! She created modifications that allowed me to safely continue Pilates on my own, encouraged me to try mat Pilates as I recovered, and was exceptional with both manual therapy and dry needling. She truly understood my goals and helped me regain confidence in my body.
