PCA is my go-to place for healing in Phoenix. I’ve gotten tremendous physical relief from chronic back pain, headaches, and anxiety. But equally as important, I’ve always felt so well held spiritually and emotionally by Mayo — I’m always in awe of the caring, individualized attention she gives to each client. She’s a true sister and I feel I can share anything without judgment.I also love the atmosphere of PCA — beautiful, cozy vibe and healing music. I feel like I’m in a safe coccoon when I get a treatment. This is the most amazing Accupuncture clinic! Mayo is so caring and knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease. I look forward to my weekly visits. If you’re hesitant, please try it…I promise you, you won’t be disappointed.

Mayo is always spot on with her needling. I have osteoarthritis of my knees, she has helped alleviate my stiffness. I know she will always help me out, with whatever I need. She is the best!!!

Phoenix Community Acupuncture was founded in 2011 by Mayo Mercedes Wardle, L.AC., Dipl. OM, AZ license 0726, with the goal of bringing affordable and accessible acupuncture to as many people as possible. Our sliding scale allows you to come in often enough to see positive results. We practice highly effective and gentle methods of acupuncture in which we select points on the limbs, head, and ears to treat patients who are fully clothed. We ask you to please wear loose clothing so that we can roll sleeves and pant-legs up as necessary. Our purpose is to break down the barriers to healthcare and share the benefits of acupuncture in hopes of bringing physical and emotional health to our community as a whole.
