I had an area rug that was not even a year old and was already gray and dirty looking. A previous carpet cleaning company tried to clean it and said there was nothing they could do to get the dirt out. When Chris from Steamex was done, the carpet looked brand new. He also added some sort of preventative solution that should help the rug stay cleaner longer. I was so pleased to see the carpet restored to like new condition. Chris arrived on time, was pleasant and courteous. When he was done, he put all the furniture back in place. Price was more than reasonable. Steamex will be my go-to carpet cleaning service from here on out.

Chris and company is the best. Don't even try shopping around. He is on time and does a fantastic job. Expect a two to three week wait because he so busy. Thank you again Chris.

Steamex was fantastic! I messaged them on Monday, received a quote from Florence on Tuesday, and luckily there was a cancellation because Chris showed up on Wednesday! Everyone on the team was super friendly and professional. My rugs have been through the ringer with our geriatric dog, new puppy, and water damage that happened earlier this year- now they look like new! This team has their technique and science down and the results are magical! I will be calling Steamex again and would highly recommend to all.
