Not only on chat but in person she took the time to explain to me over 3 times assuring me what she is doing, the steps she takes, and is reassuring me/comforting me/ checking in on how I am doing. “The first time I went to Jane it was because of a recommendation from a coworker. When I returned to Jane, it was because of my previous experience. Jane is a perfectionist. There is no time limit with Jane to complete the work. The work is not finished until she is satisfied. I noticed her attention to detail the first time I went to her and that is why I returned.
