Our technician, Theo, did a great job. He showed detailed videos of the mechanical problems, and explained everything clearly. Plus, he was just a great guy to talk to.

/ UPDATE: We ended up getting an entire new system installed. Ken and his team came out and did a fantastic job. We love our new Daikin HVAC. It’s super quiet, works amazingly well, and we got top-notch customer service from start to finish. Thank you, Day & Night!

Ken, Day & Night A/C, solved my A/C issues in what was to become a very PLEASANT company experience. He noted up front, that D/N was not the "cheapest" game in town (Phoenix area) and proceeded to set up a new system, which another company (Parker & Sons) "walked away" from. When the D&N team came for the installation, they were efficient, polite, and thoroughly cleaned before leaving. The same goes for D&N's front office staff who took my call and arranged the schedule to accommodate me 100%. I have not experienced very many other companies--regardless of the business--provide such great and professional (5-star) service.
