They were very helpful, and sent several appointment reminder emails to get you ready for your appointment. They are very clear on instructions for your appointment, how to prepare, and how to care for your pet after the procedure. They also send a visit summary email containing a PDF while your pet is finishing up, with an email you can epay your invoice online before pickup so all I had to do was walk in and tell them which pet I was there for.
They were very professional and kind to me and tomato, given he's a little skittish they were very gentle with him. They informed me and answered any questions I had. I was very happy with my service and would bring him back for other services.”
