I loved the doctor that took care of me however, when I was done, I went to check out and they charged me an additional $64 for freezing a few spots off my hand even though my insurance pays for that they had told me that it takes too long to receive the money so they have to collect upfront and then they will reimburse me. I did not like that at all. It really put a sour taste in my mouth. I don’t know that I will come back.
Very professional. Dr Kellee English was who my appointment was with. She froze 5 spots that I was concerned about and then took a biopsy from an area that I had not noticed. Her staff called me the next day and said that the results were positive for carsonoma. Her experience will allow me to start radiation treatments ASAP.
Caring and professional, Kelly English answered all my questions and took care of all my needs. I am no longer hesitant to go to the dermatologist from fear of what I might find out. Kelly puts you at ease with a calm and knowledgeable manner. I highly recommend English Dermatology!
