My Pet was scheduled for a new patient appointment next week. I had to call this morning due to an urgent matter. They told me to come in right away. Rocky Was examined and the doctor came out to explain everything. He requested daily updates for two days and will see him back in three days. He sent me away without paying today “…since technically we haven’t done anything.”I cannot say enough good things about the way this Clinic operates.

This clinic is BUSY for a reason! Dr. Bracken is so knowledgeable, kind, and HONEST about his assessments and recommendations. I've been taking my Chihuahua Rosie to him for ages, she's 13 now and has only NOW had minor issues. His staff went above and beyond to treat her for an emergency mass removal and took such good care of her from start to finish. She is feeling better than ever and I feel confident she has many more good years ahead of her. I don't trust anyone else.Be proactive and schedule routine work ahead of time because it is a busy clinic, but for good reason. Your pet family is in good hands ? ?

Love love love Dr. Bracken! Kind, caring, and compassionate, he has been our veterinarian for the past 20 years+ and multiple dogs. We lost our big boy (doberman) last year and are now back this year with our new puppy for his care.We are seeing the practice modernize with mobile notifications and texts as well as an App for our dog's details and appointments.
