Hailey and the receptionist welcomed us to their awesome salon with a fidget popper and his choice of viewing material. He was nervous about the cool vehicle seats, so he sat down in Dad’s lap. Hailey was so patient and gentle with him, reassuring him with silly play so the water spray bottle wouldn’t be scary. She made sure his cut was just what we hoped for, and she was pretty quick with it too. We drove from Prescott because there isn’t anything like Cookie Cutters in our area. “Best customer service .. Jillian at the front desk is the nicest, most efficient, and professional receptionist. Kate is meticulous with her spa pedicures. A few months ago, my feet were rough, dry and cracked.. they are now amazing, soft and beautiful. Judyann does my gel manicures. My nails are gorgeous all of the time.. And Shannon.. the absolute BEST facials.. I highly recommend her. All of my services are excellent, the ladies are patient, professional, and the best.
