“Overall, beautiful people, services and grounds. I do wish they had a few more shade solutions (trees) and benches in areas where there is not grass (e.g., near the columbariums, statues). The grassy areas are nice to sit for loved ones buried there, but by the statue and other columbarium areas, in AZ 90+ temp weather, it would be nice to have shade and a few nice benches to sit, pray and reflect. I do want to THANK them for changing the monthly flower removal to quarterly removal - Truly appreciated!“

“UPDATE PLEASE SEE BELOWOur daughter was buried there after she left us in 2013. We also have 12 family members buried there. We recently discovered our daughter's vase damaged from regular lawn maintenance. We have called 4x and have spoken to Jessica, Hector, and numerous others. We were told we were going to receive a call back regarding the status, and nothing to date. We have never had issues before m we are so disappointed. Maybe there is different management or they just don't care anymore. Not to mention that the fence on 27rh Ave is in disarray. We understand during covid things happen and we are patient, however,not receiving a call from anyone is unacceptable. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE BABY GARDEN AREA! Have complained NUMEROUS times about the area. They acknowledged MANY complaints about this and they stated they have new management and are "working on it". 2 YEARS LATER and it's WORSE. For being part of the DIGNITY family , tell me, where is the DIGNITY for our loved ones buried there and for us left behind????? I wanted to be buried with my daughter and now, just cremate me . I'm done with these peopleUPDATE: I spoke to Mr Salter ( (Dan) shortly after my post. Dan promised me that he would see to the repair as soon as possible. Today is my daughter's birthday and my family and I went to visit her. To my surprise, the fence has been repaired. This is what I'm talking about! Finally someone here at Greenwood that honors their word. This repair will mean so much to the many loved one's family members who lay near and around my baby. Thank you Dan for making this happen ?
