I went for a 30 minute foot massage and was impressed by the cleanliness, nice towels and linens on the massage table.

I have spent well over a thousand easily ., this year alone , just trying to find a good therapist .
Both girls were better than anyone I found in 20 years. Second only to tsunami head spa down the road., followed by comfort foot in Mesa., off of Southern and Dobson.,had stopped going there because they couldn't do the quadriceps were most of my pain is. In fact in over 20 years almost nobody has been able to do quadriceps, unless I go someplace that's a little less professional., legal ethics wise. But I am trying to focus on healing as I have a lot of injuries. And I'm focusing my money on finding anyone who can help me recover,
When a therapist is too scared to work a muscle because it's too close to something 🫣 it takes away from the massage .,both physically and mentally. Likewise if they focus on doing something extra, it takes away from the actual physical healing that the muscles need. And that's what I am focusing on. I believe that's what I actually finally found here. Both Mary and Siri were a little bit better than the therapist at tsunami and tsunami is so much harder to schedule an appointment with.
I just need to get through the language barrier and properly fine-tune, customize what I need. And if I can achieve that I would gladly tip the therapist the full price of the session.
Siri almost did that perfectly., so I was a little sad that I couldn't get her the last time I went in.

I have always been a firm believer in the healing power of a massage. Most massage therapists are way more functional to ones recovery than a chiropractor.
