If I could leave a 10 star I would. Look at all his other reviews too and you can TRUST that this plumber is the real deal. I had a major leak in my front yard that was pouring down the street. It was a Friday night and I was told by the city that it was leaking a quart per minute and had been for some time. I was panicked. Simon answered and could hear my desperation. He hadn't even been home yet and agreed to come help. He didn't even leave mess! He is beyond professional, kind, hard working and above all honest. And, looking into others ...the most fairly, well priced. I called him my plumbing angel . I won't use anyone else.
Simon replaced a hard to find valve on our shower which had been causing us issues for quite some time. He was quick in identifying the issue and was able to track down the parts which I had been able to do. He did the repair work quickly and efficiently and at a reasonable cost. He’s reliable and showed up when he said he would. He was also very good and cleaned up really well after he was done. Would definitely recommend Simon for any plumbing needs.
Wow - excellent service. Simon was able to get to my house 30 mins after I called in with an emergency plumbing leak. He was calm and collected and walked me through the quote and his approach over the phone. Highly recommend as a trusted plumber. I'll certainly keep him in mind for future plumbing projects.
