“I am beyond pleased with DreamStyle Bath Remodeling! The initial & exceptional experience installation was a few years ago. This current experience, I believe, is the diamond in the ruff of a companies backbone. I found a crack in the shower pan about Christmastime. It took a few transfers of my phone call to reach the right person in the right department, but when I did the start to an amazing service care began. Sarah called me back within hours to schedule a person to come to our home to take pictures & access the situation. I don't recall his name, but he was friendly with nice karma & a get in & get going kind of caller. Sarah called within a couple days with information regarding ordering & scheduling the repair later in 6 to 8 weeks out. Ok... I waited. Right at about that 8 week mark, sure enough, Sarah was calling to schedule the actual repair at our time & convenience Yahoo!! Jared W., the workman, calls about 7:30am of our repair work day to share their arrival time of about 30 minutes. Again... sure enough!... he drives up to our home in 30 min., comes to our door & introduces himself & best of all... makes friends with our protective dog immediately (that said volumes to me). Bennie R. arrived. He also came to the door & introduces himself. Within minutes both Jared W & Bennie (Tuff) R. began working. Layed a brown paper path for their in & out needs. Covered the camode & sink too. They worked consistently & pretty quietly all day behind a closed bathroom door (to keep the dust at bay from the rest of the house). The entire surround shower came completely out, down to the studs & new everything (same hardware) was installed with quality detail. Sarah, the inspector, Jared W. & Bennie (Tuff) R. are a gift of talent & personal inspiration to custmer care. Their calm, confident karma was so welcomed into our home. No mess!! No damage! No confrontation! Only Good!! All persons I was in contact with for our repair project were wonderful & a true gift to the DreamStyle company. Thank you.“
