“I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but after today’s visit, I truly felt this team deserved one.

This was my very first experience at Target Optical, and I left feeling so grateful. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with genuine kindness. Choosing glasses has always been overwhelming for me because there are so many options, and I’m incredibly indecisive. Instead of making me feel rushed, the staff took their time, gave me honest opinions, and helped me find frames that fit me well. Their patience and encouragement turned what could have been a stressful decision into a fun and enjoyable experience.

The eye doctor was simply incredible. I’ve never had a doctor explain things with so much passion and genuine care. He didn’t just examine my eyes he helped me understand them. Every test, every procedure, every result was explained in a way that made perfect sense. His excitement for what he does was contagious, and I found myself genuinely interested in learning more. It’s rare to meet someone who can make a medical appointment feel educational, engaging, and even enjoyable.

You can tell he truly loves what he does, and that kind of passion is something special. It made me want to take even better care of my vision because he took the time to help me understand why it matters.

Even checking out was a wonderful experience. The kindness never stopped, and every team member I encountered treated me with the same warmth and professionalism.

Surely, I don't have the most complicated vision needs. But, many years ago, a doctor described my optic nerves as "gnarly." She was a great doc and provided great care.

I was sad when she retired. I spent years searching for care as competent and never found one until I chanced upon Dr. Wong at Tatum Eye Care.

She is thorough, polite, and professional. Plus: she listens and doesn't diminish anything I bring up. She addressed all of my concerns and communicated in plain language instead of "doctor speak."

I'm so happy to have finally found a trustworthy professional to care for my vision needs. Hopefully, for many years to come.“
