“2 weeks ago, my RO water line to my fridge came loose and was spraying water everywhere. It was happening for about 30 minutes before I was notified of it. I was able to get the water up with a shop vac and towels. Then I started using all fans in the house to attempt to dry the area the water had reached. I noticed that water was starting to come up through the LVP flooring I have in the affected area. I immediately called Omar and explained what had happened and what we had done so far. Within an hour, I had someone from his company at my house. He walked me through the house with his thermal imaging tool, showing me where moisture had accumulated. He even checked two other rooms on the other side of walls were the water had gone. I had checked those rooms and didn't feel any wetness in the carpet in those rooms. But there was still wetness that happening. They immediately placed fans throughout the kitchen and in one of the bedrooms that shared a wall with the back of the fridge. They also set up a dehumidifier in the kitchen as well. This was late in the afternoon on Friday. We were leaving for vacation the following morning. With Omar's quick reaction, my wife and I were still able to go on vacation. We let the fans run throughout the weekend. On the following Monday, VizCom came back and did readings again. Everything had dried out and there was no lasting damage.

I cannot tell you enough how much I appreciate Omar and his team at VizCom. They were very professional and treat you like family. If you are ever in this type of situation, you can call VizCom and feel comfortable knowing that you will be taken care of.

Gabe and his awesome crew saved us a lot of stress and anxieties. Our house sale was due to close in 10 days and suddenly we discovered a leak in the wall. Flooring had to be ripped up and replaced, walls repaired after having been torn out to find the leak and last but not least the vanity had to be totally replaced..all in a very short period of time. Talk about stressful but leave it to Kingship Restoration. Gabe was there with his crew to get us back on track and meet our deadline...walls went up and were painted, new flooring went down and a new vanity went in. Now, let me tell you that was a whole other debacle....me not asking them before I ordered the vanity what I should look for, ordered one that was slightly smaller and they at the last minute had to pull a rabbit out of a hat to make it look like it was meant to be there. They had beautiful side splashes fabricated and made the vanity look like I knew what I was doing when I ordered it and clearly I did not!! It looked amazing and the buyer of our house loved it!!
I will definitely use Kingship Restoration again. Not only did they do an awesome job, the entire team was kind, professional and assured us every step of the way that they would get us to the finish line with our house sale!!!
