I got there at 5:15pm. I had a lock problem and there were people ahead of me. When it was my turn it was just about 5:30. The owner was nice enough to help me and stay late. I really appreciate it. I've been here several times and he is always helpful and extremely knowledgeable .. thank you again ...

Very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Helped us out, answered questions we had, and even gave us advice for our teenage son who's into lockpicking. Would definitely recommend them!
