I called and was able to reserve a time for that afternoon, which kept me from having to wait at urgent care. My interaction with the front desk gal was professional and kind. Same for my interaction with the PA who saw me- she asked plenty of questions, gave a thorough exam, and listened to my concerns. I never felt rushed.“
