Such a great Pilates studio! I’ve been coming here for a while and just hit 100 classes and can’t wait to keep going :) The instructors are all so knowledgeable and motivating and I always feel like I’ve gotten a great work out in!

I started Reformer Pilates before I got pregnant and decided to stick with it 4–5x a week—and honestly, it’s made my pregnancy SO amazing. 🤍

No back pain, no swelling, and I’m still sleeping great at night (now in my third trimester) 🙌 It’s become my daily ritual, and I genuinely look forward to it every day.

The girls are the sweetest and always check in with me beforehand to make sure I’m modifying anything I need 💕

Huge shoutout to Faith, Brooke, Courtney, Tyler and Carly for making my pregnancy journey so enjoyable !! 🫶

Reformed Pilates has truly become one of my favorite parts of my week. I’ve taken classes at the **Arcadia, Chandler, and Central** studios, and the experience is consistently exceptional across all locations.

What really sets Reformed apart is the brand as a whole—it’s challenging, intentional, and empowering without ever feeling intimidating. Every class pushes you in the best way, and the programming keeps things fresh so you’re constantly growing stronger (physically and mentally).

The instructors are knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely care about form, progress, and safety. You feel supported no matter where you’re...read full review
