“Billy recently did my hair and make-up for a family portrait. I have fine, off-the shoulder length hair that usually falls with humidity. Billy was able to style it very full and set it so it didn’t fall or frizz at all even though I was in and out of mist and humidity throughout the day! My make-up was beautiful and also lasted the day. I highly recommend Billy and Blo Blow Dry Bar. Everyone was very kind and professional from start to finish. Billy has a very steady hand and worked efficiently as I was in a time crunch. I couldn’t have been happier!“
