Golden's Keys made 3 copies of an unusual key (that none of the Big Box stores had) for me months ago for a storage garage I don't use very often. I found out months later that the keys did not work and I had lost the receipt. When I went back, they were willing to make new keys for me (as they recognized the type of key) no charge and without a receipt! I was fully ready to pay as I took a long time to check and see if they keys they made worked. The second set of keys they made worked great! This is an honest locksmith that stands behind their work!
These guys are great! I came in with a blank key for a Honda CR-V and the guy helping me ran a test key to be certain it would work before cutting into the one I brought in. I appreciate how thorough he was, doing a safety check before getting to mine.

I had ZERO plans of getting locked out. But, it happened. I'm giving Golden's Keys 5 stars because they answered the phone, were incredibly kind, offered various time frames to accommodate my schedule, handled the situation quickly, and were so helpful. I'm recommending this company to everyone who needs a locksmith!
