Absolutely love it here - so calming yet motivating and the classes are a great slow burn. It is definitely challenging especially if you’re new. I would plan to be here 10-15 minutes early if you’re new to stretch well and get the low down on the reformer!

Session Pilates Uptown is a fantastic workout. The instructors are amazing and they really care about your form to make sure you get the most out of each move. I highly recommend SESSION. They have 4 locations. 3 in Dallas and 1 in Plano.

In my venture of finding a Pilates studio, I fell in love with Session Pilates and ended up getting a membership here!I was recommended to Session Pilates by friends and coworkers. All the instructors are super friendly and helpful here. I definitely recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early to choose your reformer and get set up. I love how easy and convenient it is to sign up for a class on their app. I definitely recommend checking a week in advance when planning out your workout schedule since morning classes tend to fill up quicker but you can always find a time that works best for you.
