“Rachel saved my anniversary! I had been working towards a natural salt and pepper look with white money pieces for over a year. I would show the same photo to a stylist and they would just make me blonde…and not even an ash blonde. Warm, sunny blonde. The exact color I hate my hair. I got ice fusion extensions at a salon that shall not be named and they literally ruined my hair after a month. It was matted. My head had sores all over it. Rachel took the time to listen to me.
