Having curly hair that I had no idea how to style for 35 years, I went in to the salon so eager to find relief. Jen walked me through all the things. From how my hair should cut, washed and dried. I left with SO much more confidence and hopeful to make these changes at home. I will definitely be back and recommend the salon to anyone with curly hair. Got a shadow root done by Claire and i LOVED it. amazing experience and customer service, it felt like hanging out with a friend. the salon was clean and inviting, 10/10 would return.
Had previous hairdresser do a subpar job. Carla understood my issue with empathy, fixed the issue and gave me exactly what I wanted. Reverse balayage to break up the chunkiness and customized colors to bring the base back down to my natural and tone the lighter pieces. I was finally happy to see how I looked in the mirror.
