“Made a appointment at Skin Spa Med for a CO2 laser fraxel service. I was greeted by Angela Lockerman who was very nice and very helpful and answered all my questions. She took me to the upstairs room and numb my face for the service. After approximately 30 minutes I was greeted by Shawna Gilly who was performing the service. She also was very nice and answered all my questions also. She made me feel very relaxed and explain to me what the different things that she will be doing with the laser. She is very professional at the same time she can just make you laugh. Because at times the procedure had some discomfort which is natural for this type of skin resurfacing. After she finished she put more product on my face for the after care healing. And explain to me what I must do to take care of my skin to get the best results. Thank you everybody for your help. “had my first laser facial today with Katherine E. and loved it! She was so sweet and walked me through all the details so that I could understand what the purpose of the lasers were. She also gave me recommendations on what to do to help with my hyperpigmentation concerns. The laser themselves do get hot because they target the water in your skin so it was a little uncomfortable, but the results were worth it. I looked so refreshed and my dull skin was plump afterwards.“

She was also a huge help when it came to dissolving the migrated filler I had gotten at a different med spa and she numbed me so well I didnt even feel it!! Sevval who did my Dysport was also really sweet and gentle.

“SO many great things about this medical office. I just moved to Dallas and was on the hunt for a good PCP to see regularly. Not only were the staff so nice and helpful, they were personable and it felt as though they truly cared about me as a person AND patient.
Dr. Nydjia Lawrence was AMAZING on so many levels. I felt advocated for and she was so nice, personable, and answered all of my questions. As a black woman, it’s been difficult to trust the medical industry to do me right. She did me right- point, blank, period. She even asked a few questions herself- which is uncommon in a lot of doctors and nurses these days beyond the mandatory questions.
They worked with me in terms of my schedule and my insurance coverage. They even taught me about how to advocate for myself further in my medical experience.
