The best service from Ryan. The minute we arrived, Ryan and his colleague came to help us unload and carry the vacuum cleaner inside. It took Ryan 5 minutes to diagnose and repair the broken part. We weren't totally convinced with a high end vacuum cleaner before, simply due to the headache of servicing and repairing. This amazing experience, however, changed our perspective, and converted us into loyal Dyson customers!
Excellent customer service today! My device (Dyson airstrait) stopped working so I brought it in. Mark took great care of me, and although we unfortunately couldn’t fix the issue (manufacturer error? Not a common problem) he got me a replacement quickly! I am thankful I bought it through Dyson’s website so it was automatically in their system. I feel like you get what you pay for; Dyson is pricier but the quality is overall top tier and the customer service is great. Thanks again Mark!
