I’ve taken my pup to other boarding/daycare facilities in the past, but Dallas Dog Palace really goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable with your dog’s stay.They will send you a report card for your pup every day, but will also contact you separately, if needed, to provide more specialized updates and info. I left my dog Cooper while away on a 2 week trip and felt so at-ease while I was gone. He had a blast, and was really well taken care of.Since then I’ve had to drop him off for shorter stays and he has enjoyed himself every time. This will definitely be my go-to for both boarding and daycare, and I highly recommend.“
“She’s always so cute and fluffy when she finishes and she smells great. She can be challenging to bath so I’m always grateful for what they do and she doesn’t seem to be traumatized by the experience unlike some other groomers.“

“Mike Evans did an amazing job on my pups! I walked out of a groomer last week because the groomer immediately said she was going to shave one of my pups. Mike made sure both girls, kept their long hair. They look so beautiful! And they were ready early! They didnt seem anxious or stressed when I picked them up. The facility is cute, very clean, and everyone is so friendly and professional. This will be our groomer going forward!“

But Summertree is the best- Katrina up at the front and the rest of the front office and vet tech are amazing and patient when it comes to your animals. “I brought my puppy here for her shots the doctor came in the room I’m thinking to give my puppy her shot no the doctor came to discuss getting my puppy fixed I said no to soon she said ok and pick my pup up and headed towards the back I followed by the time I hit the door following the doctor said “you can’t come back here” so after the visit my dog started acting weird and a few days later she died I will never bring any animal here under any circumstances this place I don’t care what any of my pets are going through city vets will never lay a hand on another pet of mines hopes this help new pet owners looking for a vet and people who don’t want their pet neutered“

“They do a GREAT schnauzer cut! And most importantly really love dogs. I have an 8 lb miniature and have been bringing him here since he was old enough to start getting professionally groomed. They take extra care with new puppies too which put me at ease as a new dog mom. I haven't had a single issue with WRG to date and he's now 11 months old. If I drop him off early enough in the am for an appt I'm able to pick him up usually within a couple of hours. He always smells so good after the grooming but it's not overpowering. I'll be a client for the long term!“
