Exactly on time after confirming date and time multiple times and with status they were on the way. Both men, gave an extra two hours to get the job done well. I loved seeing the water after the cleaning-shows how much cleaning was actually done.
This is a great company and service. The treatment we purchased has protected our rugs with multiple children and dogs in our household. Needless to say, stains happen. The company’s products and on-demand service calls are exceptional in removing stains and upholding the life of these rugs. The staff are also amazing and friendly. Highly recommend!
My technicians were so friendly and nice, and did a great job!! They were on time and I really appreciate that they put booties on their shoes before coming in. They solved the problem efficiently and quickly. A+++
