My water heater blew out under factory warranty. I got a new one but I’m currently crunched on time so called to see if someone could come out during the weekend to assist. For that to happen I was advised it would be DOUBLE the price. No way. I just cancelled my plans & decided to do it myself but since I was on the phone I asked JAMES why I couldn’t figure out how to turn off the main water since the cold valve was off & the hot was continuously running.That’s when James Advised Dallas is the ONLY city he knows where the main water valve is perpendicular to the ground so you can’t easily notice it outside at the water main entry.
