Rick has worked on both our furnace and condenser to keep them going. One winter when our furnace went out in the middle of the night, he came on a Sunday morning to get us back up and running. Rick is also priced competitively and isn't one to try and weasel you into buying something you don't need. We've got an older system, and he hasn't once pressured us to purchase a new one. “We have used Rogers Plumbing for well over ten years for our residential needs. Heard a faint hissing noise in one of the bathrooms. Turned off all shutoffs, still hissing . Called Shirley at Rogers. Robert and Daniel were dispatched. Robert located the issue via the crawl space. The cracked copper line was inaccessible from below. The water closet was removed and Robert surgically removed a minimal portion of the wet wall. Repairs made in less than four hours. Robert was able to patch the wall with the cutout section. I had envisioned having to repair the wall opening myself and resetting the WC. Unless you knew the story you would not know that any repairs were done.Highly recommend!!Service: Toilet repair“

“My water heater blew out under factory warranty. I got a new one but I’m currently crunched on time so called to see if someone could come out during the weekend to assist. For that to happen I was advised it would be DOUBLE the price. No way. I just cancelled my plans & decided to do it myself but since I was on the phone I asked JAMES why I couldn’t figure out how to turn off the main water since the cold valve was off & the hot was continuously running.That’s when James Advised Dallas is the ONLY city he knows where the main water valve is perpendicular to the ground so you can’t easily notice it outside at the water main entry. That helped me turn off the water so I can shop back the moisture out of the hot water heater closet. JAMES didn’t have to advise that, for FREE. If I had $2400 to spare they’d get my business, but I currently don’t. Next time I have a project I’ll consider this establishment first because that was a big help to get me on my way to doing the job.“
