“Made a appointment at Skin Spa Med for a CO2 laser fraxel service. I was greeted by Angela Lockerman who was very nice and very helpful and answered all my questions. She took me to the upstairs room and numb my face for the service. After approximately 30 minutes I was greeted by Shawna Gilly who was performing the service. She also was very nice and answered all my questions also. She made me feel very relaxed and explain to me what the different things that she will be doing with the laser. She is very professional at the same time she can just make you laugh. Because at times the procedure had some discomfort which is natural for this type of skin resurfacing. After she finished she put more product on my face for the after care healing. And explain to me what I must do to take care of my skin to get the best results. Thank you everybody for your help. The laser themselves do get hot because they target the water in your skin so it was a little uncomfortable, but the results were worth it.
