Midway Hollow Pet Clinic

I have been taking my pets to Midway Hollow for over a decade. appointments are super easy. The staff is ridiculously warm and caring. The doctors I all trust completely. My last visit gave me sticker shock. My cat had a sprained paw, so an x-ray was definitely needed to see if there was a break...but $170.00 for one? With visit, antibiotic for a paw puncture, pain med, x-ray, and I was presented with a bill for $392.00. I felt victimized. They have this huge renovation going on with the office. I guess I am paying for their new wing. Disgruntled client.

I've been seeing Dr. Kim for multiple years now and I cannot speak highly enough of her. She always listens to every concern and acknowledges each of them. She's detail oriented and never makes me feel rushed or dismissed or judged. It is clear that she cares about both the animals and their owners. And if she doesn't have an answer for me, she always has a referral to someone else. I plan on moving out of the state next year and will miss Dr. Kim tremendously! She's the best.

My dog had a couple of growths removed and tested, both of which turned out to be benign. Thank you Dr. Kim and staff for your great care and attention to detail, despite my dog not loving being at the vet! They did preparatory meetings to review the growths, extra calls to confirm the best path forward, and good care removing the stitches.
