“I gave this company five stars due to the excellent service they provided. From having a person there to take your call, to the quick return call setting up a time to meet to look at the scope of my job. I contacted them on a Friday, met in person on Tuesday, had a quote early Wednesday morning. Their prices are very reasonable, and after accepting the quote, being informed they would start early the next week. Instead, Thursday evening they asked if they could start Friday morning. Tony Escalante and his crew arrived at 8:00 am Friday morning. Every person was very polite and they all had a professional look, a shirt tucked into jeans. They worked steadily until the project was completed at 2:00 pm. The clean up was so thorough that you could not tell that any limbs had been removed. “We're relatively new to the Dallas Metroplex area and wanted to get trees planted as well as flag pole installed. Don and the team at Ayala are just so incredible. They came out, scoped our yard, helped us pick out trees and figure out the best places to plant them and suggested the perfect location for the flagpole.What sets Ayala apart is the absolute professionalism. They over communicated when they were having trouble sourcing one of the trees and helpfully suggested an alternative (which we went with).They planted a row of 15 pillar trees and five larger deciduous trees while we were away and the results were stunning. It looked so professional -- the smaller trees were all staked against the Texas wind and each had a moat built around it to help it hold water.When the first flagpole was too thin for our heavy winds, they sourced a heavier-duty flagpole and came out and redid the hole with a larger cement plug.We're beyond thrilled with the results and cannot recommend Don and the Ayala team highly enough.Services: Tree landscaping“

“I called the owner and he was able to come over in less than 5 minutes (apparently he was in the area on another project). He came over and gave us a very reasonable quote and a quick timeline. His professional crew removed 4 large 30+ year old trees with big roots and trimmed two large trees in less than a week. It was a major makeover for our yard. We could see finally see our home from the street without the trees blocking the view and everything was done professionally and in a timely manner. I would definitely call Todd again and am very happy with the service provided. I have a comment that I wanted to add…since I saw some others review his customer service skills. Todd doesn’t have a warm and fuzzy personality. He’s more no nonsense.“

“Contacted Adam Hall @ Green Pine Tree Service and he came out the next morning to look at the Crepe Myrtle that was badly in need of a thinning. He gave me a very competitive price to do the work and said his crew could be out that very same afternoon. Around 3:30pm, Armando and his crew showed up and did an amazing job of thinning out the huge Crepe Myrtle. When they were finished, they cleaned up everything and hauled it all away. HIGHLY recommend Green Pine Tree Services. This is the second time I have used them. Excellent folks to deal with.“

“Sergio and crew were cutting down a neighbors tree. I approached them to give me a quote to trim my two front trees. Sergio explained in detail what they would do to the trees. Showed me branches on the tree that were already sick and needed removal to keep the tree healthy. I learned a lot about my trees from that quote. The crew did a great job trimming the tree. Kept my yard and yard signs clean and safe. Now the trees look healthy and full of life and the house is more visible and curb appeal has improved a ton.
