“I had to wait more than 5 minutes in the Service Dept porte-cochere in my car being ignored before ANYONE attempted to help me or check me in for my service appointment. That rates a 1 star or poor effectiveness and customer attention from the dealership. Finally, Steven (the Service Advisor) approached and checked me in and accomplished the oil change while I waited. His service rating merits a 5 stars or excellent.“
