Edit: My initial post described this business as a bit lackluster however, after a quick phone call and some clarification we were able to resolve the issues and have the amended tax return submitted. I’d like to highlight that I do still feel as if there could be clearer communication on their end as the phone number’s voicemail says to text that same number for urgent matters. That is why I did not do a full 5 stars here.
Still not able to get any additional information about my taxes due to the government shut down but I look forward to that changing when/if the government opens back up. Thanks for your help once again!

I had a great experience with U.S. Plumbing and Remodeling. Their customer service was excellent from the start. I called in the morning, and they were able to send someone out to look at the repairs the very same afternoon, which I really appreciated.
Alfredo was very professional and had great communication skills. He made sure all of my questions were answered and clearly explained everything that needed to be done. The two repairmen who came out were also super nice, professional, and very informative. They took the time to explain the repairs and made sure I understood everything.
The service prices were also very affordable, which made the experience even better. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service I received. I would definitely recommend U.S. Plumbing and Remodeling to anyone I know, and I will continue using their services for any future repair!

Mark made this experience so feeling like family. I can’t even explain it. He came out gave me a great price. Tell me what he would do. He helped me fix my fence before they were out to put in the new one and just went out of his way because that’s just the kind of guy he is. The work is beautiful. The crew that he works with is totally amazing and so friendly and will do anything you ask them to help you with in the backyard as long as it’s part of the fence. Other than that, they are amazing and I would recommend them all day long every day. Great company great crew great experience.

Connie was absolutely wonderful. I’ve never had my hair cut this way and it’s beautiful. I received a compliment from a stranger for the first time in a while on my hair and she said “who ever cut your hair really knows curls”- I said I’d let her know. The cut was for less than I expected, and truthfully she should raise her prices and get paid for her expertise, nonetheless, thank you for the fabulous cut and great conversation Connie!! First time here and i loved it! The ladys were all very nice and did a great job. Wendy who did my pedicure was very gentle and got the job done without hurting me definitely recommend going to her!!! And Lady T who did my nails did exactly what i asked for. The host also very welcoming and attentive. Kept checking back on people to offer more drinks and help. Also price is fair and not expensive.

I had a great experience, very professionally done. Gerard called back, same day, came out looked at roof and patio cover. Even though he had a lot of other jobs going on, fit into to schedule. His crew was on time, worked hard only stopped for lunch. They put tarps around house to pick up loose materials and nails. I got my toes done & it was a good job. It just took way toooooooo long. I was tere in the chair for hour & a half. She was really good but It had never took that long out of all the places I had been.
They are under new management since 2022 and I’m glad to say everything has upgraded since then and i love my nails never falls off quickly and they have great customer service i love valerias work she’s amazing lasts up to 3 weeks ?
