Roland showed up and was very nice, knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough. Price for repairs is a bit steep but we also have a very old house in need of TLC. “Victor proactively performed a scope of the pipes that lead to the Dallas main line and identified a serious crack in the 66 year old iron pipe. He provided a sketch of the piping system under my slab and an estimate of the work required to repair the pipe and get it approved by the city inspector. I was very pleased to have all the required work and materials estimate delivered to me by email while Victor was still at my house. I was pleased to know I could arrange for 12 month financing with no interest to make it easy to gather the required funds into my checking account and pay the balance due for all the work over the next 12 months. Very awesome level of service and I am very pleased!“

“After 24 years in our now 50 year old house, the beautiful live oaks' roots invaded the sewer under our slab. I called one company that wanted $500+ to run a camera and check the situation. Called Accurate Leak and they said $300. They also have a system of repairs for leaky sewer lines that can be done from above with no digging. The root invasion did not allow this so a tunnel and repair were necessary. The quote from Accurate Leak was substantially less than the other company's quote. They did the job in a timely way. Also very importantly they provided good continuing information on when the different stages could be accomplished. As a bonus they installed a new toilet at no extra charge.They would have gotten 5 stars were that level a choice.“

With much surprise and delight he called us Saturday around lunchtime and asked if we still needed help. I said, yes. He came by, allowed us to help, and educated us along the way. “My water heater blew out under factory warranty. I got a new one but I’m currently crunched on time so called to see if someone could come out during the weekend to assist. For that to happen I was advised it would be DOUBLE the price. No way. I just cancelled my plans & decided to do it myself but since I was on the phone I asked JAMES why I couldn’t figure out how to turn off the main water since the cold valve was off & the hot was continuously running.That’s when James Advised Dallas is the ONLY city he knows where the main water valve is perpendicular to the ground so you can’t easily notice it outside at the water main entry. That helped me turn off the water so I can shop back the moisture out of the hot water heater closet. JAMES didn’t have to advise that, for FREE. If I had $2400 to spare they’d get my business, but I currently don’t. Next time I have a project I’ll consider this establishment first because that was a big help to get me on my way to doing the job.“
