“I called Shared Restoration to have them come out and inspect my father's home for any leaks. I was pleasantly surprised when they had an appointment available the very next day. The young gentleman was punctual, reliable, and had great customer service. He thoroughly inspected my Dad's house and was very welcoming of us following him throughout the house as he explained everything he was doing in detail. The best part was the young man also spoke Spanish! He was able to communicate effectively with my Dad without me having to translate. I will most definitely be referring this business to anyone I know in need of this service. Did I mention he even went under to inspect the crawlspace?! “We asked CleanBright to help us with a shower restoration / regrouting along with sealing the grout in the shower and bathroom.I called and asked about their process, and Alan was extremely helpful and informative about how they work and what products they use.They came out and did an estimate, then scheduled us for the services the next day (very quickly)!Julian was the main tech that worked on this project, and he was amazing. It took a bit of time to figure out the best way to connect to a water source and how to plug in all their equipment, but they did a wonderful job finding the best solution and made sure to put towels down to ensure cleanliness.Julian was a perfectionist and even came back to fill in some color seal that was needed after he regrouted part of the bathroom.
