Unfortunately, the cleaner head on my new Dyson V9 Submarine stopped working within the first week. After some troubleshooting, it turned out to be a defect inside the cleaner head assembly.

What impressed me was how Dyson handled the situation. Their customer support team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They reviewed the issue, approved a warranty replacement, and quickly arranged a new cleaner head to be shipped.

“**Be aware** You enter through the Juicy Seafood parking lot off of Vantage Point drive. The gate directly on Vantage Point drive is closed. I ended up driving around to the other side of 635 trying to find the entrance before I called and someone informed me that you have to enter through the Juicy Seafood parking lot.

I only just dropped off my machine, so I will updated accordingly once I receive a quote an/or get my machine back.“
