Our newborn visit with Dr. Bacsik was informative, and she was incredibly patient while answering all of our questions. She has wonderful bedside manner, which is such a plus in today’s world. The front office staff also made our experience even better by being welcoming, courteous, and professional from the moment we arrived.

“I was nervous as I've not had the greatest experience growing up going to urgent cares, always a super long wait, etc. But this was delightful. They were able to take us as a walk in and saw my toddler quickly. They had X-rays in house which was so nice. Everything was fine thankfully but either way, the doctor was so gentle with my kiddo. It made me realize we need a new primary care doctor lol we didn't have to hold her down right away and he talked to her gently as he was checking her ears and stuff. What a difference. 10/10 would recommend“

“Dr Tonya McDonald is truly amazing and a life saver. Our son fell and literally opened his head during Covid lockdown. The paramedics said he needed stitches and the news kept talking about long wait lines at children’s hospitals. So we called Dr Tonya and she came to the house and stapled our son’s head. Yes! In our living room where our son was comfortably playing his switch. Wow! That’s just one incident. We have many inspiring stories but too many to tell on here. Don’t delay! If you want great medical care, Radiance Pediatrics is the way to go. This doctor is super Caring, loving, patient, sweet, knowledgeable, nice, always willing to help.“
