“Raz contacted me right away to follow up on my Yelp inquiry, and was out here in about 20 minutes to duplicate keys for me (self service kiosks made bum keys). Raz explained that the type of lock we have on our front door is high enough quality to be difficult to duplicate at a kiosk, and was able to help me out even though I stupidly lost the key between the time he called me and he arrived. He was very friendly and professional, and even managed to find a way to make new keys without having to replace the cylinder. Would absolutely recommend!“

“The locksmith was awesome! I’m giving this business a 4 star because of the office staff. About a half hour after the locksmith left, the office staff called and asked how much did I pay the locksmith, if it was cash, check or a card and asked that I take a picture of all of the locks changed. They requested all of this in the middle of a crisis. Who has time for this? Do they not trust their locksmith. This was unprofessional and I probably won’t use them for this reason.“
