Aqualux Carpet Cleaning

I’ve had Aqualux out to two different homes. Brent took the time to explain what he was doing and worked wonders on paint that had been spilled. In our second home the carpets looked terrible before we moved in. After cleaning the floors looked as good as new! Don't ask how, but I managed to spill both laundry soap and dry dog food in my trunk while driving. Aqualux not only vacuumed out the dog food for me and made sure that there was none left, but they also shampooed my carpet in my trunk. Because of the mixture of both items, the smell was not pleasant, but after they got done, it was gone! I'm so happy to have gotten this done, and will look forward to their services in the future.

Richard came out to clean 2 area rugs we have. He was knowledgeable about various rug fibers and discussed expectations. He showed up on time, was thorough in his work, polite, and respectful of our home. I had checked with 2 other companies and they wanted the rugs to be picked up or dropped off, said it would take 2-3 weeks and cost much more. The difference in how the rug looks after cleaning is quite noticable and we are happy with the results..
