I found Allan and called him. He set up an appt. within days, arrived on time, listened to my project. Tuesday reviewed project (it's a small job but to us it's major undertaking). I figured it would take weeks (big box said). NO. It was done in less than a week - and when we found an issue - he had it fixed before I was finished telling him about it.

The installation of counters (in a world of uneven things) - I don't know where to begin - care was taken to demo, and install new counters and you cannot tell there was work done to existing tile.
